Re-Elect Randy Haverfield - Nampa City Council

Randy was elected to the Nampa City Council in November of 2013 and for the last 42 years, Randy and his wife Laurie have enjoyed living in Nampa, raising their three children here and being a part of this wonderful community. In that time frame he has been a very active member on several key Nampa city boards and commissions, including the Nampa Development Corporation, Nampa Planning & Zoning Commission, Nampa Wastewater Advisory Committee, Nampa Airport Commission and the Nampa Design Review Commission.
Randy has a master's degree in Architecture and has owned and operated a multi-state architectural practice in Downtown Nampa for the past 28 years. He has been a member of the Building Contractors Association since 1993 and American Institute of Architects since 1984. He has been involved in the design and construction of many significant Nampa based projects, such as the recently completed Conrad Student Commons & the Riley Library and Learning Commons at Northwest Nazarene University, along with a wide variety of other architectural projects located throughout the Treasure Valley and state of Idaho.
Randy has a heart for the youth of the Nampa community. For 20 years, he enjoyed being involved as a volunteer coach for the Nampa Optimist Football program and the Nampa Babe Ruth Baseball Association. He also enjoyed the opportunity of being the high school varsity football coach at Nampa Christian High School along with being and assistant coach on the varsity baseball team.
He is currently serving as President of the Nampa City Council along with being current liaison to the Nampa Development Corporation's Board of Commissioners, Planning & Zoning Commission, Impact Fee Advisory Committee, Arts & Historic Preservation Committee, Wastewater Advisory Committee and the Nampa Airport Commission.
